Rezosocial is a small company that helps people who were far from work to learn new skills as helpdesk technicians or developers. The ultimate objective is to put everything in place to enable technicians to find a stable job at another company within two years.
Role
Training Program Conception and Development
Created a training program to allow technicians to learn the theory behind what they observed in practice.
RDS Cluster Management
Led proof of concept (PoC), creation, and management of an RDS Cluster.
Migrated users from their local solution to RDS using PowerShell.
Securing Network Traffic
Implemented a VPN solution using IPsec integrated with Windows.
Configured access and firewalls to facilitate and secure connections, reducing the company’s attack surface.
Support and Systems Management
Managed and resolved technical support issues, mentored IT teams, and maintained internal IT infrastructures while enhancing their security.
Development of Internal Tools
Automated security configuration deployment using Ansible across the infrastructure.
