Rezosocial is a small company that helps people who were far from work to learn new skills as helpdesk technicians or developers.  
The ultimate objective is to put everything in place to enable technicians to find a stable job at another company within two years.

Role
----

- **Training Program Conception and Development**  

  - Created a training program to allow technicians to learn the theory behind what they observed in practice.  

- **RDS Cluster Management**  

  - Led proof of concept (PoC), creation, and management of an RDS Cluster.  
  - Migrated users from their local solution to RDS using PowerShell.  

- **Securing Network Traffic**  

  - Implemented a VPN solution using IPsec integrated with Windows.  
  - Configured access and firewalls to facilitate and secure connections, reducing the company's attack surface.  

- **Support and Systems Management**  

  - Managed and resolved technical support issues, mentored IT teams, and maintained internal IT infrastructures while enhancing their security.

- **Development of Internal Tools**  

  - Automated security configuration deployment using Ansible across the infrastructure.  
  - Streamlined server creation and management.  

Achievements

- **Created a complex Remote Desktop Services Infrastructure for 4k users ARML**  

  - POC Realisation**  
  - Creating PowerShell scripts to automate user creation/migration with AD PowerShell Module.  
  - Creating and configuring all server roles.

- **Created a training program for technicians**  

  - 18 courses of 3 hours each  
  - Subjects ranging from network and system basics to how the Internet truly works  
  - Practical experience to enhance their understanding  

- **Created IPsec VPN solution using StrongSwan**  

  - POC Realisation  
  - Users Migration  
  - Automating server creation and configuration using Ansible  

- **Improved Security configuration using Ansible**  

  - Updated SSH and firewall configurations on all servers to match high security criteria  
  - Updated deployment of new keys across the entire park
