Endowar

What is Endowar?

Endowar is an association founded by Julie “Elhyar” Navarro, Hugo “Phare_Macie” Desmarchelier, and myself. Our goal is to organize charity events and tournaments on the game Age of Empires 2, known as The Endowar Series. The fourth event we hosted raised approximately €13,000, all of which was donated to the Endomind association.

Endowar 1

Elhyar primarily organized this first edition on her own, raising around €3,500.

The event featured showmatches between top players from the French community. Additionally, there was an FFA match with well-known streamers such as Khalen, Kennystream, and others.

Endowar 2

This edition was a tournament between Kings (strong players from the French community) and Queens (members of the Age of Queens Community). We raised approximately €2,500 during this event.

Endowar 3

This event featured a tournament with some of the world’s top 16/32 players. We raised €3,100, and the matches were cast by renowned Age of Empires 2 streamers, including MembTV 130k followers.

Endowar 4

For this edition, we wanted something BIG. We managed to organize a tournament that attracted top 10 players worldwide, but we also established our first Production Room to broadcast the event.

Thanks to NDI technology, we built a Production Room with a casting desk and an analyst desk—just like in professional sports broadcasts. We gathered in Lyon, supported by a sponsor who provided access to a building and network infrastructure.

Despite very limited funding, we managed to create one of the best amateur events in the Age of Empires 2 scene.

We raised €3,500 through this event.
