Olcya is a small IT consulting firm that collaborated with major companies like BNP Paribas.

Achievements
------------

Internal 
~~~~~~~~

- Created an auto-scaling project demo used by Olcya to showcase its expertise in modern DevOps technologies.  

- Version 1 consisted of a Terraform playbook with:  

  - A traffic generator using a charge playbook.  

  - An AWS load balancer.  

  - A front-end that scales dynamically with load.  

  - An HDFS shared disk between front-end instances for Hadoop data collection.  

  - A Grafana dashboard displaying insights from Hadoop-collected data.

BNP Paribas
~~~~~~~~~~~

- Automated a complex data collection process using Splunk, Ansible and Python.  

- Developed scripts to automate checks and installations of the Splunk agent at BNP Paribas in KSH.  

- Streamlined daily repetitive tasks for the Splunk team through automation with Python.
